GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a European Union (EU) data privacy regulation.
In an increasingly data-driven world, the EU decided to renew the data privacy principles, which GDPR is the result of. The main objective of GDPR is to put the customers/individuals in control of their own data and to consolidate privacy regulations across the EU. GDPR will come into effect on May 25th, 2018.

We believe having one set of rules for all countries in the EU and allowing the consumers to make their own decisions regarding their digital data will increase consumer confidence in all businesses across industries and countries, which can only be considered an upside for both consumers and businesses.
